McGunity says PC's are Tea Party North

While the PC party has a fringe element inside of the party called the Landowners Association, who got a 35 year MPP booted out of the party so one of their members could run in his place is nothing compared to what the actual Tea Party is in the United States.

While I've even compared the PC's to the Tea Party, that was done just to piss off my Conservative friends. If anybody watched Sarah Palin's speech on Labour Day at a Tea Party sponsored event you would see what the Tea Party is all about, and the PC party in Ontario is no Tea Party from the United States.

Here's some free advice to the McGunity campaign team. You have a record, and for the most part you have done good in the areas of Education and Health Care, and even done a bit of good on the Economy given the world wide recession. Stick to the good parts of your record, focus on the bad parts for the other party's platforms. Don't bring up the ghost of Mike Harris, but go after Hudak on his voting record, his platform and how he intends to pay for his tax cuts, investments in all areas of government, and reduce the deficit without cutting services or downloading more to our towns and cities.

It would be refreshing to see an actual campaign on the real issues and party platforms for a change.
