In a recent poll, NDP leader, Andrea Horwath received a 66 percent approval rating which was higher than Tim Hudak, the PC leader, and our Premier. However when people were asked who she was they did not really know.
Some political observers think she could actually win in October, while others feel she has no hope in hell of making any gains because of the ghost of former Premier, and now interim leader of the Federal Liberals, Bob Rae.
She does have a few good ideas, but she's not ran a Provincial campaign, and a lot can happen during the campaign period.
I think that voters are so pissed with the Liberals, and they don't trust Hudak that they might just vote NDP like they did at the Federal level this past May. So Horwath could end up being the deal maker this October if we end up with a minority government.
Until next time!
